Yes! Watchmark allows you to create User accounts that are associated with an email address - when you create a new User, we'll send them a welcome email and help them choose a password.
Once they have an account, they can recover their password, view any keypad codes you've set up for them, install the mobile app on iOS and Android devices, and view their access logs.
In your account Settings you can control what users are allowed to self-manage, including:
- Change their username (aka primary email)
- Change their first/last name
- Change their phone number
- Change their timezone
- View their keypad code if they forget it
- Get a magic link to install the app on a new phone
