Yes! (mostly) Each Watchmark access panel downloads all the data it needs to function without internet. So access via keypad code, scanning a badge, and mobile app access (via Bluetooth) are all still possible.
The Watchmark mobile app can unlock doors over the internet or Bluetooth. However, if the user has turned off Bluetooth, the app won't be able to unlock the door when the internet is down - it will, however, show an error message encouraging the user to enable Bluetooth.
The only thing that definitely will not work with the internet down is if you've granted a Service (i.e. another software application) permission to open your door remotely. In that case, it connects via the API to watchmark.cloud and passes a token along to unlock the door - however, our cloud won't be able to connect and pass the token along to unlock your door until internet connect is restored.
