Sometimes the docs will refer to Campuses, Buildings, and Doors collectively as "Facilities"
One of the first things you'll want to do with your new Watchmark account is set up you facilities to mimic how they're organized in the real world - this will let you easily target permissions later.
If you set up Campuses properly, it's easy to say things like "Give this group access to all buildings on the San Francisco campus and just one building on the London campus" instead of having to manually select dozens of doors.
Campuses
Are groups of buildings. Pretty straightforward! All buildings in a campus share the same Timezone.
Buildings
Contain multiple doors. A building inherits its timezone from its campus.
Doors
Each door represents a Watchmark access panel that's installed nearby the physical door and controls it. You add a new door to Watchmark by finding its serial number on the physical access panel and entering it into the Doors dashboard.
Alternately, if you purchase new access panels through your account, they'll automatically show up in your Doors dashboard as soon as they're manufactured and shipped.
